Step 1 -- Fill in the order form below.

Step 2 -- Review your order submission information and pay for the Order.

Step 3 -- You'll receive an Email confirmation of your order and you'll be taken to our photo submission page with instructions on how to size and submit your pet photo.

Step 4 -- We'll review your photo submission and contact you if we have any questions, or if the photo quality doesn't look like it will give you a good looking tag

Step 5 -- We produce the tag and mail it to you via first-class postage, with the options you selected.
