Q: How big are the luggage tags?

A: The tags are 4 inches long by 2 3/4 inches wide. They are about the thickness of a credit card and very durable.

Q: What are they made of?

A: The tag is made of a high-quality plastic, similar in feel to a credit card. The image and text are printed directly on the plastic, not applied as a laminate, which means you don't have to worry about the photo or text peeling off.

Q: Do I have to use a photo of my pet or can I have a different image on my tag?

A: No, you can have a photo of just about anything that helps you identify your luggage, or express your interests. Note, we will not print any image that is obviously copyright protected or depicts nudity.

Q: Do you have any tips for sizing and submitting my photo?

A: Yes. You may find it helpful to crop your photo so that the image is exactly as you would like it to appear on the luggage tag. For example, the image at right shows how you may wish to crop a photo to ensure your pet is the feature of the tag. Click on the photo at right to open a larger version in a new window.

Photo Tips:

• Send us photos directly from your camera or hard drive, not from an image sharing web site. Web site photos are saved at very low resolution (72 dpi) and we want the highest quality possible.
• If you scan in a photo to send to us, please scan the photo at 300 dpi (see your scanner settings or help manual).
• Do not crop your photo smaller than 4 inches by 2 1/2 inches.
